The Brief:
Raven was recommended to us on the basis of the work we had previously delivered for Royal Automobile Club. The senior management team had made a decision to explore opportunities to introduce more direct candidate attraction focused recruitment practices and as a result to reduce their reliance on agency fee based methods.
After the two organisations had discussed the active situation, it was decided that a form of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) was most likely to succeed in their position. WJP Floyd carried out considerable work to understand the recruitment requirements of each department across Raven, and developing this into messaging that better communicated the organisation and its various roles. This included a complete redesign and relaunch of the careers website. The next stage was to consider how the agency could also help the HR team and Hiring Managers with the candidate management process. We introduced a system of 1st line sifting of applicants, and a subsequent direct line of communications with Managers. This new process has worked well against all agreed measures and KPIs.
