The Brief:
Operating in the highly competitive silver-service of the hospitality industry, The Club was experiencing high staff turnover and slow uptake on their recruitment messaging, in-line with the sector generally. Our brief was to upgrade all recruitment messaging and visual representations to realistically reflect working life at the club through a newly designed careers website. We also reviewed all recruitment materials including advert copy and created a number of interesting staff testimonials, investing considerable time in speaking to staff across the club. Working with the Club’s ATS provider, we also became the first line administrators and took on the role of posting roles on the platform and externally, and providing a first line assessment of candidates on behalf of Hiring Managers. Within 12 months we had reduced the Club’s vacancy list by over 50% and significantly reduced their reliance on agency fees.
