The Brief:
The challenge was to create an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for Murphy Group. This was initially to be used to recruit Quantity Surveyors & Senior Quantity Surveyors, but would then be rolled-out across all of Murphy Group’s recruitment channels. Our aim was to create a strong employer brand that would allow Murphy to stand out in an increasingly competitive sector. Given the hands-on culture of Murphy, we created an EVP that spoke to the most ambitious self-starters in the market with the unique proposition that Murphy ‘Its not for everyone, is it for you?‘.
The brand roll-out was a diverse media mix of print, online, video and recruitment fairs. All these drivers were trafficked through a careers website which highlighted the exciting opportunities available at Murphy. The Surveyors campaign was successful and resulted in a number of hires.
